Dr Maulin Joshi

Maulin qualified in 2001 from Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital and has continued with postgraduate training. His main interests lie in restorative, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics.

Dr Joshi possesses extensive experience in all aspects of advanced dentistry. To ensure you receive the best possible care, he works closely with the most highly regarded specialists and laboratory technicians to provide exceptional multidisciplinary treatment.

Maulin keeps abreast of the latest advances in dentistry through continuing education programmes which far exceed the requirements of The General Dental Council. He completed his MSc in Clinical Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry in 2011 – the first MSc in the UK.

In addition to possessing an MSc, he has also undergone extensive training at the Kois Centre in Seattle, which is recognised internationally as a training centre for dental excellence.

He is known for his gentle, relaxed and informal approach and ensures that all patients get the same excellent care. When it comes to his type of artistry and craftsmanship, Dr Joshi is known for providing an uncommon degree of meticulous attention to his patients. This ensures your best possible smile is brought to life!

Dr Joshi was a finalist in the Dentistry Awards category of Best Young Dentist, London. He was also a finalist for the Aesthetic Dentistry Awards (the UK’s most prestigious aesthetic dentistry event, which recognises dentists who create UK’s best smiles) in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016.

Maulin has a passion for travelling and exploring the world outside dentistry, following the buzz of Formula 1 and their aspiration for photography.

Dr Nejal Joshi

Dr Nejal Joshi qualified from Guys and St Thomas’ Dental school in London in 2001 and has continued her passion for Dentistry by spending many hours in post-graduate training, above and beyond the expected requirement, to offer her patients dental techniques at the highest level of care to help restore and protect their teeth and smile!

Her dedication and passion for providing patients with a high level of dental care led her to study at and graduate from the world-renowned Kois Dental Centre in Seattle to deliver the latest advances in aesthetics, implants, and restorative dentistry through the most up-to-date scientific research. Being part of the Kois centre as a graduate means Dr Joshi annually attends the symposium furthering her knowledge and keeping up to date. Kois-trained dentists are passionate about what they do and achieving excellence in their work.

Dr Joshi also has further training in the UK in achieving the MJDF from the Royal College of Surgeons, Occlusal Studies from the British Society of Occlusal Studies, cosmetic dentistry training, implant training, and facial aesthetics. She is keen to help her patients with anti-aging treatments and skin health to optimize their desired results.

Her calm, gentle and approachable, caring nature helps put her patients at ease, and she is a perfectionist by nature as well.

Outside of dentistry Dr Joshi spends time with her family and keeps active!

Dr Rajnish (Raj) Joshi

A highly skilled, experienced  and patient-centred dental implant surgeon

Raj qualified in 2005 from Kings College London with numerous prizes and distinctions in oral surgery, restorative dentistry, orthodontics and clinical dentistry. He was a ‘proximity accessit’ for the University of London Gold Medal.

After qualifying, Raj completed vocational training in the KSS Deanery, where he excelled by achieving 5* in all his assessments. This was followed by his winning the Vocational Trainee prize for best case presentation at the end of his training.

Following this, Raj was selected for oral and maxillofacial surgery training posts at the Royal Surrey, Guildford, and St Georges Hospital, Tooting. Here he developed and honed his surgical skills. During this period, he was awarded membership in the faculty of dental surgery from the royal college of surgeons England.

He was appointed soon after as a clinical dental teacher in the department of oral surgery and acute dental care at King’s College London, where he taught young dental students how to manage dental emergencies and surgical techniques.

In 2009, he was selected through competitive entry into the highly renowned master’s programme in implant dentistry at Guy’s. He was one of the youngest graduates to qualify for the programme and qualified with distinctions in both the clinical and theoretical parts of the examinations.

To further develop his knowledge and skills, Raj attended courses nationally and internationally. He aimed to provide his patients with cutting-edge implant technology in a painless and minimally invasive manner.

Soon after completing his master’s, Raj took up positions in reputable practices that provided a comprehensive dental implant service, accepting internal and external referrals. He gives a wide implant and oral surgery service, including:

  • Atraumatic extractions and socket preservation techniques.
  • Dental implants, including immediate implants
  • Implant crowns, bridges, overdentures
  • ‘All on 4’ and ‘All on 6’
  • Teeth in a day
  • Bone grafting and sinus grafting
  • Wisdom tooth extractions

Raj has placed over 2500 implants and has achieved platinum status for both the Straumann and system implant systems. This status is only awarded to experienced clinicians providing a large volume of implants. Through his meticulous planning and skills, he has achieved success rates of over 99%.

Raj’s passion for teaching has led him to mentor other dentists in implant dentistry’s planning, surgical and restorative phases.

In addition to dental implants, Raj’s other special interests include the following:

Sonal Tanna (Dental hygienist and Therapist)

Sonal graduated from the University of Manchester in 2008, gaining a BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy, and has worked with Dr Nejal Joshi for the past 12 years in a previous practice.

Sonal’s positive attitude and bubbly nature make patients feel at ease and comfortable whilst under her care. This has resulted in building a great relationship with her patients.

Sonal is a member of the British Society of Hygiene and Therapy and the British Association of Dental Therapy. She enjoys going on courses to keep her knowledge up to date with new products that keep developing within the dental field.

She loves to spend time with family and friends in her spare time.

Anisa joined our team in March 2023.

She has a background in administration but, since moved to London from Italy, worked as a care coordinator and front of house.

She makes sure that all patients feel welcome and at ease, receive quality service and a positive experience from the first step.

She loves getting to know patients and building long term relationships, she cares about their wellbeing making sure they have booked all treatments advised by our clinicians.

Anisa is a pizza lover and dedicated mom to her two daughters, she loves spending time with her family.
